All users agree to be bound by these laws and to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of either jurisdiction. The Jolly Miller regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, it is The Jolly Miller’s policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns.
