In the early 1990’s a small, humble bakery by the name of The Jolly Miller opened in the small country town of Gisborne. The café soon became a favourite spot for locals to catch up and get their fill of delicious baked goods.

Today, the café is still there and is still a favourite spot for locals. The difference now if that we offer an extensive breakfast and lunch menu, delicious take-home celebration cakes and delicious savoury options for a meal on the run.

However, with the network of cafes increasing, with 9 locations across Melbourne with the introduction of our Brimbank café in late 2017, we decided it was time to spruce up Jolly Miller Café and create an inspiring place for breakfast, brunch, lunch or just a coffee or picking up that cake for a special celebration.

The new branding is light, bright and inspiring, helping Jolly Miller Café become a destination to relax. There is also a delicious new menu that we have curated for the occasion, you should try the Nutella Hotcake!

So, with all of this going on, it’s time for our beloved Gisborne café to have a coat of paint. On the 5^th of February we will be closing the doors for a week or two to bring you the new and improved Jolly Miller Café. We promise we won’t be gone long and it will be well worth the wait!
