2. The promotion commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday 4 April 2016, and closes at midnight AEST on Sunday 17 April 2016.

3. The promotion is open to Australian residents only. You must operate a public Instagram account in order to be eligible to enter.

4. Employees of The Jolly Miller Café, their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies are ineligible to enter.

5. To be eligible to win the prize you must post an image of a The Jolly Miller Café Supershake, hash tag #Supershakeitup and tag and follow @thejollymillercafe.

6. You may enter the competition as many times as you like,but the same image cannot be used more than once.

7. We do not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or submissions. We reserve the right to distribute and share the content we receive.

8. The winner will be decided by The Jolly Miller Café in its absolute discretion. Chance plays no part in the selection of the winner. The Jolly Miller Café’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.

9. The winners will be advised by The Jolly Miller Café via their Instagram account and be required to submit a valid email address to The Jolly Miller Café within 48 hours of notification. If you do not respond within 48 hours of being notified you will forfeit your prize and The Jolly Miller Café reserves the right to select another winner. We also reserve the right to select another winner in the event that you are ineligible for entry to this promotion.

10. The Jolly Miller Café accepts no responsibility for undelivered or incorrectly provided email information.

11. The winner of the competition will receive a Visa card loaded with $200 AUD in funds or $200 directly deposited into an Australian bank account of your choice.

12. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

13. The prize can be collected from a Jolly Miller Café location of your choice.

14. The Jolly Miller Café and each of its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the receipt or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of The Jolly Miller Café, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, The Jolly Miller Café reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual or entrant who tampers with the entry process, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
