All you have to do is head to our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/TheJollyMillerCafe/ and find our Mother's Day post. Comment why you think your mum deserves a delicious red velvet cake this Mother’s Day for your chance to win! Bonus points if you tag your mum 🙂 

Competition closes 11.59pm Wednesday 9th of March. Winner will be contacted Thursday 10th of May and can pick up from their local café from Saturday the 12th of March.

2. The promotion commences at 7am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Wednesday 2nd May 2018 and closes at midnight AEST on Wednesday 10th May 2018.
3. The promotion is open to Australian residents only.
4. Employees of The Jolly Miller Café, their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies are ineligible to enter.
5. To be eligible to win the prize you must Comment on the relevant Facebook post telling us why your mum deserves to win.
6. An individual can enter the competition as many times as they like.
7. We do not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or submissions. We reserve the right to distribute and share the content we receive.
8. The Jolly Miller Café’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
9. The winner will be advised by The Jolly Miller Café via their comment on the Facebook post.
10. The winner is required to inform The Jolly Miller which Jolly Miller café they will pick their prize up from. If you do not respond within 48 hours of being notified you will forfeit your prize and The Jolly Miller Café reserves the right to select another winner. We also reserve the right to select another winner in the event that you are ineligible for entry to this promotion.
11. The Jolly Miller Café accepts no responsibility for undelivered or incorrectly provided information.
12. The winner of the competition will receive a limited edition 8" Red Velvet Cake 
13. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

The Jolly Miller Café and each of its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the receipt or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
