How to enter

1. Purchase a Jolly Miller take-home cake between Monday 14^th November 2016 and Monday 5th December 2016.
2. Leave your details with our friendly staff to enter the draw.
3. Make sure to include your Instagram handle!
4. Snap and upload a picture your cake being enjoyed.
5. Follow @thejollymillercafe on Instagram and tag us in your pic.
6. Enter the draw a second time.

All entrants will go into the draw to win a $200 VISA card. The competition begins on Monday 14th of November at 9am and ends at midnight on Monday 5th November, so order your cakes now! The winner will be selected randomly.

Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is The Jolly Miller Café (ABN 98150915398).
2. The promotion commences at 9am Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on Monday 14th November 2016, and closes at midnight AEST on Monday 5th December 2016.
3. The promotion is open to Australian residents only.
4. You must operate a public Instagram account in order to be eligible for a second entry.
5. Employees of The Jolly Miller Café, their immediate families and their associated agencies and companies are ineligible to enter.
6. To be eligible to win the prize you must purchase a Jolly Miller take home cake and give us your name, phone number, preferred Jolly Miller store, Instagram account handle and email
7. If you enter your details, you automatically gain one entry to the draw.
8. An individual can enter the competition as many times as they like.
9. Each take home cake purchased is worth one entry.
10. Individuals may get a second entry per take home cake if they post an image of the cake on Instagram and follow and tag @thejollymillercafe.
11. We do not accept any responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries or submissions. We reserve the right to distribute and share the content we receive.
12. The winner will be selected randomly by The Jolly Miller Café in its absolute discretion. The Jolly Miller Café’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the result.
13. The winners will be advised by The Jolly Miller Café via their email address, mobile or Instagram account.
14. Winners are required to inform The Jolly Miller which Jolly Miller café they will pick their prize up from. If you do not respond within 48 hours of being notified you will forfeit your prize and The Jolly Miller Café reserves the right to select another winner. We also reserve the right to select another winner in the event that you are ineligible for entry to this promotion.
15. The Jolly Miller Café accepts no responsibility for undelivered or incorrectly provided information.
16. The winner of the competition will receive a Visa card loaded with $200 AUD in funds or $200 directly deposited into an Australian bank account of your choice.
17. The prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. The prize, or any unused portion of the prize, is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
18. The Visa voucher prize can be collected from a Jolly Miller Café location of your choice.
19. The Jolly Miller Café and each of its related bodies corporate, their officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) whatsoever that is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion, the promotion of this promotion or the receipt or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of The Jolly Miller Café, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, The Jolly Miller Café reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual or entrant who tampers with the entry process, to take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.
21. In the event of war, terrorism, state of emergency or disaster The Jolly Miller Café reserves the right (subject to any written directions under applicable law) to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this promotion.
